Private selling comes with risks: no-shows, scammers, test-ride liability, and strangers meeting at your home. At Legacy Powersports:

• We store your motorcycle safely in our showroom
• We handle all test rides with supervision
• Buyers deal directly with our team, not you
• We verify funds before releasing the motorcycle

✔ We Handle ALL Paperwork

Title transfers, lien payoffs, sales tax, DMV forms—we take care of everything. You simply bring your motorcycle and title (or loan info), and we handle the rest.

✔ Transparent Pricing

You set:

• Your Asking Price
• A Minimum Net Amount You Want to Receive

We build our commission on top of that amount, so you always know exactly what you’ll get. No surprises. No hidden fees.

After your motorcycle sells and the buyer’s payment clears, you get paid within 3–5 business days via:

• Check
• ACH bank transfer

If you have a lien, we handle the payoff first and send you the remaining balance.

Every consignment includes:

• Diagnostic check

These can increase sale value and speed, and are always approved by you first.

Our fees are simple:

• Commission: 10% commission of final sale price ($500 minimum)
• Optional detailing or reconditioning (if chosen)
• No upfront cost unless you request detailing/services

Most customers pay nothing up front and simply collect their proceeds after the sale.
