Returns, Deposits & Refund Policy

1. Vehicle Sales – No Returns or Refunds
All vehicle sales (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.) are final. Due to the nature of used vehicle sales, Legacy Powersports LLC does not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the vehicle thoroughly and/or request a third-party inspection prior to completing the sale.
Vehicle Deposits
- Vehicle deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits hold a vehicle for up to 72 hours unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- If the purchase is not completed within the hold period, the unit may be released back to active inventory.
- Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price when the sale is completed.
2. Parts and Accessories
We accept returns on new, unused parts and accessories under the following conditions:
- Return initiated within 30 days of purchase
- Item must be uninstalled, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition
- Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return was due to our error

3. Motorcycle Rentals – Cancellations & Refunds
- Rental deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 48 hours before the rental period.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive a full refund or transfer of deposit to a future date.
- No-shows or early returns are not eligible for refunds.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos and your order number
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Installed or used parts
- Custom-ordered items
- Gift cards or downloadable items
6. How to Start a Return
To request a return or report an issue, please email us at sales@legacypowersportstn.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if damaged)
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your item.
7. Policy Updates
Legacy Powersports LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted to this page.
