1. What We Ship

Legacy Powersports LLC ships the following items:

  • Motorcycle parts and accessories

  • Branded merchandise (shirts, hats, etc.)

  • Small tools and gear

Note: We do not ship motorcycles or powersports vehicles by default. For vehicle delivery options, please contact us directly.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Please allow:

  • 1–2 business days for order processing

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST may ship the next business day

Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.

3.  Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use major carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and delivery speed selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
For international orders, please contact us directly before placing an order.

5. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet expected delivery timelines, Legacy Powersports LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other issues outside our control.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number

  • Then email us if the issue is unresolved

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Legacy Powersports LLC is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address entry.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • Send photos of the package and items to: [Insert Email]

We will work with you to replace or refund the damaged item.

8. Exclusions

We do not ship:

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable fluids)

  • Oversized freight items unless pre-arranged
